How will I receive my messages?

It’s your choice how you want to receive your messages, and we will set up your requested options with you when we establish your account. You can choose what customized information you want included from each caller, and how you will receive that information: via voicemail, text message, email, fax, or alpha numeric pager.

What about urgent calls?

When we set up your account, we will work with you to define what situations are considered an emergency and how those calls should be routed. We can set up your system so that urgent calls will be dispatched through directly to a designated office or cell phone number of someone who will handle the situation. If you opt to set up a voicemail or auto attendant system, emergency callers can be redirected to a live operator as needed. If you are a healthcare facility, we will dispatch emergencies to on-call physicians and on-call nurses as needed.
